Account deletion
- You can delete your account from Settings in the HeyDo app
- If you cannot access your account, contact support and we will help where possible
Quick troubleshooting
- Confirm you have an internet connection.
- Make sure notifications are allowed for HeyDo in iOS Settings.
- Update to the latest version of HeyDo from the App Store.
- Close and reopen the app, then try again.
